What we did

Theme development for a B2B supplier of infection-control and cleaning systems for animal-care facilities, on a current-generation Dawn build with proper Online Store 2.0 section architecture.

The challenge

Challenge

This supplier sells into vet clinics, shelters, groomers and pet resorts — own-brand disinfectants and sanitisers alongside distributed capital equipment like sprayers, floor scrubbers and mixing stations, spanning a price range from $1 to $3,846 in the same catalogue. A vet clinic buying a case of disinfectant and a shelter buying a floor scrubber are shopping for different things entirely, and a single generic product grid doesn’t serve either one well.

What we did

Approach

We built the storefront on Dawn with proper Online Store 2.0 section architecture, used metafields to drive product detail pages that vary by product type rather than forcing chemicals and capital equipment through the same template, and built landing pages tailored to how each kind of professional buyer actually finds what they need.

The result

Outcome

A buyer browsing for their own facility type lands somewhere built for that, instead of wading through a catalogue that treats a low-cost bottle of disinfectant and a four-figure piece of equipment identically.
