What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, and the description of your project, plus the qualification details you provide in step two (current platform, revenue band, timeline, and scope). We also record basic attribution — the page you first arrived on, the page you submitted from, referrer, and any UTM parameters — so we know which channel a lead came from.

We run Google Analytics 4 only for visitors who turn it on. If you do, Google receives page-view data — the pages you visit, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type — processed under Google’s own privacy policy. If you do not, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and none of that is collected. You are asked once, on your first visit, and you can change the answer at any time on our cookie policy page. We do not use Google Tag Manager, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from bots on our contact form. Turnstile may set cookies as part of that check.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Submissions are stored in our content system and a notification is sent via Resend, our transactional email provider, to a Think Studio inbox.

Third-party processors

Cloudflare Turnstile (bot prevention) and Resend (transactional email) each process a limited amount of data on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies. Google Analytics processes page-view data, but only for visitors who have turned it on.

Your rights
