The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a process of affecting the visibility of a website in search engine’s unpaid results, often referred to as natural or organic results. For a successful business, it’s vita. It is cost effective. The search engines are grabbing more market share than ever before.

However, it needs to be applied correctly. SEO itself is complex and dynamic(changing).

There are few blunders people make to initially stimulate success. In order to prevent your slip, read the tips below;

Don’t purchase links

Purchasing links will only stimulate for a short run. Eventually it’ll get bad and ugly in SEO. Google can tell if links are bought or not. You think Google don’t know about the random emails that promise to sell links? Well, not surprisingly, Google has an entire expert team, investigating on spam and buying links.

Obtaining links in this way has a probability of harming you in the long run. The ethical and preferably the best way is the traditional one. It’ll let your site to grow at a steady pace. You may also use info graphics or guest blogging.

However, if you’ve set your mind for obtaining links, avoid using exact anchor text every time.

Remember the beauty

While many sites forget about their design and looks, and concentrates more on the content, you must try to achieve both. There are some design obsessed sites too, which actually do pretty well afterward.

In my previous blogs, I’ve emphasized how much color contrasts, patterns, designs, etc are crucial to pool users and customers. Make sure to ace in both aspects.

More over too less

People don’t prefer to read super little content on sites. Of course, they come to your site to seek info, so do provide it properly and accurately. Writing extremely short posts hurt readers selective retention. So avoid writing content of 200 or 250 words.

Furthermore, your page will be judged to be of low quality according to SEO rankings.

Keyword Stuffing

Keyword stuffing may lead your site being permanently banned or penalized in the search ranking. Google no longer gives ranking to those  pages employing this tool.

To prevent this, you can wisely use keywords in respect to SEO. Place your words in the provided areas of HTML (create another page for every key word to optimize it efficiently and productively).

Identical work

Be it a segment of a site or a topic in a blog, many people attempt to duplicate other’s hard work. They try to bring variation by using alike key words.

For example, ‘identical work” and ‘Avoid identical work” are pretty close, and creating an absolute distinct page for each will never add worth to your site. You might even simply end up with same content, risking search engine penalty.

Remember, that your competitors are using SEO, so you should too, but do it correctly. You’ll notice regular  SEO mistakes, like spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, punctuation problems, broken 404 pages and the list goes on!

Keep your valued customers and users in mind and make a good quality work.
